By accessing and using HarmonySnippetsAI ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

HarmonySnippetsAI provides a platform for analyzing audio tracks and identifying engaging segments using AI algorithms. Users can upload audio files in .mp3 or .wav format for analysis.

3. Usage Limitations

• Daily Limit: You may upload up to 10 audio files per day. Usage limits reset every 35 minutes.
• File Size: Maximum file size for upload is 10 MB.
• File Duration: Maximum audio duration for analysis is 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Ensure you own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any audio you upload.
• Take full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from the content you submit.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of HarmonySnippetsAI and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use of such content is strictly prohibited.

6. User Content & Copyright (Within apis for distribution)

HarmonySnippetsAI does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content. By uploading audio, you grant HarmonySnippetsAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and generate audio snippets solely for providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you own, control, or have obtained all necessary rights to the content you upload. You also agree not to upload any copyrighted or third-party content without proper authorization. HarmonySnippetsAI disclaims any liability for copyright violations or legal claims resulting from user-uploaded content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice or liability if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HarmonySnippetsAI, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the Service. This includes but is not limited to claims related to copyright infringement, intellectual property disputes, data loss, or unauthorized use of third-party content uploaded by users.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
